VerSus 2014 is an International Conference on the lessons from vernacular heritage for sustainable architecture. The areas of study of this congress are the study of vernacular architecture and its mechanisms for sustainability, conservation and restoration of vernacular architecture and the potential applications of the lessons of sustainability of vernacular architecture to contemporary architecture. Inside the Conference VerSus 2014 will take place Mediterra 2014, the second conference of Mediterranean earthen architecture, as a specific section dedicated to earthen architecture in the Mediterranean area and ResTAPIA 2014, the second conference of earthen architecture conservation in general, and rammed earth conservation, in particular.
